Delivery requirements
We accept complete computers and laptops. Before sending your device, share its make/model, fault details and photos on WhatsApp. Workshop drop-off in Kyrenia and courier delivery across North Cyprus are available.

We send a quote after diagnosis. No repair work begins without your approval.

Collect the repaired item from our workshop or arrange return by courier across North Cyprus.
Fees, timing and warranty
Is there a diagnostic fee?
Diagnosis is chargeable. The fee depends on the device or board type and is communicated via WhatsApp. If you accept the repair, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the total repair cost. If you decline the quote, only the diagnostic fee is payable. If the device or board cannot be repaired, no fee is charged.
Will you ask for my approval?
Yes. After diagnosis we send you a quote. We never begin repair work without your approval.
How long does a repair take?
Diagnosis and repair times depend on the condition of the device and parts availability. An estimated timeframe is given individually; we do not promise a fixed turnaround.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
The warranty covers the fault we repaired. Its duration and scope depend on the work performed and are explained to the customer.
