UPS battery replacement
Checking both the battery and charging system of home and office UPS units.
Short backup time or shutdown during an outage is not always a battery-only issue. We assess the battery and charging circuit of your home/office UPS, then quote for a suitable replacement. Complete units are accepted. Industrial UPS systems are outside the scope of this service.

We accept complete home/office UPS units and power supplies. If sending only a board, it must already be removed. Please share device details and photos via WhatsApp before dispatch.

Fees, timing and warranty
Is there a diagnostic fee?
Diagnosis is chargeable. The fee depends on the device or board type and is communicated via WhatsApp. If you accept the repair, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the total repair cost. If you decline the quote, only the diagnostic fee is payable. If the device or board cannot be repaired, no fee is charged.
Will you ask for my approval?
Yes. After diagnosis we send you a quote. We never begin repair work without your approval.
How long does a repair take?
Diagnosis and repair times depend on the condition of the device and parts availability. An estimated timeframe is given individually; we do not promise a fixed turnaround.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
The warranty covers the fault we repaired. Its duration and scope depend on the work performed and are explained to the customer.
